Directions

From the North: Take I-65 South to County Line Road exit 101. Go west (right) on County Line Road to Emerson Ave.. Turn south/left on Emerson Ave. You will pass through two traffic lights and after the second light you should start to look for the entrance sign shown below and the street sign on the left/east for Greenwood Springs Blvd. This is the same street that leads to Kindred Hospital. Travel to Greenwood Springs Boulevard and turn east/left onto Greenwood Spring Blvd. Proceed to Greenwood Springs Mediplex II Building on south/right side of Greenwood Springs Blvd. and turn right into surface area parking. The office is on the second floor, Suite 201.

Entrance sign: There is a brick entrance sign on the north side of Greenwood Spring Blvd. As you travel Emerson Ave., you should look for this sign.

Road to building: As you turn east onto Greenwood Springs Blvd our building will be the first building on the right. This is also the street that leads to Kindred Hospital.
